How Our ProjectInsight System Works

Hence we have created ProjectInsight, a secure way for you to attain real-time information about your project.

How ProjectInsight System Works

  1. We create a project tracking tool available to every client through Google for Work
  2. Each tracking file will have project specific information:
    • Customer Name & Address
    • Job Number
    • Project Starting Date
    • Project Location/Area
    • Planned tasks
  3. In addition Safety, Quality control, Tickets & Invoices files will be created and updated
  4. Project leaders will be responsible for recording real-time information on:
    • Daily Construction Progress
    • Actual Daily Manpower
    • Actual Daily Structural Welding Progress
    • Actual Daily Fabrication Welding Progress
    • Actual Daily Piles Welding Progress
  5. Entered information will generate user friendly, job specific information on:
    • Project Schedule
    • Construction Progress
    • Manpower Histogram
    • Structural Welding Progress
    • Fabrication Welding Progress
    • Piles Welding Progress
    • Daily Tickets & Invoices
    • Safety & Quality Control Files Updates
